The Canaryville Little League is a voluntary, non-for-profit community organization. Located on 455 W. 45th Place, the Canaryville Little League has been a proud entity to the Canaryville neighborhood, and has contributed in the development of the 11th ward's youth for over 50 years!
The CLL emphasizes that building character is just as important as having fun playing the game of baseball and softball. We feel that pride, respect, and self esteem are synonymous, none of which are given, but earned. The Canaryville Little League respects the game of baseball and softball in the way we conduct ourselves: how we wear our uniforms, how we sprint on and off the field, and how we treat the umpires and the opposing teams.
The Canaryville Little League strongly believes that the real key to winning is having self-motivated athletes who take responsibility for their actions and their development as individuals. Our goal is to instill in our children the concept of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, team spirit and respect for others so that they may become good citizens who contribute to improving our society.
